Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), this notice explains the personal data processed when you visit ahmettuzlu.com.

• Cookie choice: your choice stored in the lb_consent cookie.
• Usage data: page views and similar statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

The site has no forms; it does not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.

Purpose and legal basis

Server logs are processed to keep the site secure and prevent misuse, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and a legal obligation (Law No. 5651). Analytics data is processed only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).

Transfers

Data may be transferred to the hosting provider and, if you consent, to the analytics provider. These providers' servers may be outside Türkiye.

Retention

Server logs are kept for up to 2 years; the cookie choice for 180 days.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage. You can send requests through the channels on the Contact page.
